- General
If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please email us at info@aneyaluxury.com.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
- Jewellery
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all earrings, necklaces, rings, and similar products.
- Clothing
Clothing can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the seal is not broken and the item is in its original, unused condition with all labels and seals intact.
If the seal is broken, returns are not possible.
- Incorrectly delivered items
If you received an incorrect item, please email info@aneyaluxury.com with:
- your order number,
- a clear photo of the item and any packaging,
- a brief description of the problem.
After assessment, you will receive instructions for returns or exchanges.
- Damage to received package
If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend opening it and recording it on video. This footage serves as evidence when filing a claim and helps us provide a quick and appropriate solution.
- Return procedure
Always send an email to info@aneyaluxury.com in advance with the requested information (order number and photo). Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.
Make sure the item is properly packaged when returning it.
- Refund
Refunds will be processed after we have received and assessed the returned item.
Any refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
