Clothing
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our collection, all our garments are provided with large, clearly visible tags . We kindly ask that you thoroughly check and try on your purchase while these tags are still attached.
Jewellery
Our jewelry is subject to strict hygiene regulations and is packaged in a special transparent seal.
Once the large tags are removed from the clothing or the seal on the jewelry is broken, the right to exchange or return immediately expires and the item is considered definitively purchased.
No exceptions
We have a very strict policy in place to guarantee every customer an unworn and hygienic product. This means that under no circumstances will we make any exceptions to these conditions, regardless of the reason for breaking or removing the tags. Therefore, please check carefully that you are completely satisfied with your item before removing/opening any visible tags or the jewelry packaging.
Skin & Allergies: Jewelry is worn at your own risk if you have sensitive skin or allergies. This also applies to clothing with stones or mirrors.
Fragility: Handle beads and stones with care to avoid snagging or damage.
Children: Our (children's) clothing and jewelry contain small parts. Due to a choking hazard, use at your own risk and parental supervision is required at all times. We advise against wearing jewelry or clothing with appliqués for children with sensitive skin or allergies. Aneya Luxury is not responsible for any skin irritation or accidents caused by improper use.
